Payments in parts
A client books online and pays nothing, comes to the office with €300 cash, then €600 by transfer. Each payment is a transaction; the booking shows what is left.

Voucher, travel agreement with the original and the discounted price, and e-ticket, generated from the booking.

Then it tells you, for hotel profit, hotel discounts, air ticket prices and ticket offers, whether to raise, keep or lower, and by how much.
It only advises. You decide, on the pages you already use. Earlier days stay searchable.
